The venue receives the order, prepares and delivers to your location
The Nina Ordering System is designed as an elegant and efficient complement to your normal food ordering and delivery system. Whether this is for room service or table service, or even service to a pool bar or beach chairs, we have a solution for you.
Step 1: Define Service Points
Each physical location your guests are located at become a service point where food or even other items can be delivered: think beach towels, suntanning oil, flowers, or souvenirs.
What is a service point? It can be:
-
A table
-
A bar (where different seats are different points)
-
A set of lounge chairs with an umbrella
-
A room (for room service)
-
A venue such as a meeting or conference room
-
A self-service delivery point.
Each service point receives a QR Code, which your guests use to order. You can even print individual QR codes for individual customers and include these on a lanyard or wristband, or send to their smartphone.
Step 2: Decide your QR Code
We offer a wide range of QR codes which can be printed on plastic, stone, fabric, ceramics, paper or other media. QR codes can also be customised with your name and brand. Once ready, the QR codes are shipped to you for installation. We can also implement the installation for you.
Step 3: Venue & Menu Set Up
Each venue has its own menu. A venue can be the main restaurant of a hotel, or a pool bar, or a cafe, or any other entity you choose where there is a specific venue name, menu and pricing.
Step 4: POS Integration
We integrate the Nina orders into your existing system. This can either be done with a stand-alone print system or we can integrate our software into your accounting / POS system for automated entry.
Step 5: Pilot Testing
We test the system on a number of orders to make sure it's bug-free.
