Nina Office
As economic conditions become ever-more competitive, and as we strive to excel in our careers, it is almost inevitable that we start spending far too many hours in the office. COVID and remote working aside, the last 20 years have seen an extraordinary rise in office culture and a transformation in the services that we now need to maintain our busy lives.
One of these is catering. While most staff can find time to get away for a quick lunch break or even dinner, many choose to order in an eat at their desks, at least part of the time.
The Nina Ordering System is designed to offer employers a better and potentially healthier system for meal or coffee ordering. Using Nina's QR codes and menu system, employers can:

Set specific menus for conference rooms or executive dining rooms where food, snacks or coffee can be ordered in.

Set specific menus for delivery to offices. These can be provided by an in-house or group canteen, or by a selection of external vendors who are pre-vetted and trained for this.

Set specific menus for delivery to a secure delivery point: for example, to a reception desk on the ground floor, or to a reception area on the floor where the employee is working.
Nina Office can also be configured for hospitals that need to provide meal service to specific hospital rooms.

Your guests can charge to their office account, use a company credit card, or pay the wait staff, depending on how you want to set up the system.

All catering offered by the company can now be booked online securely. If this is an employee benefit (i.e. provided for free) then this has important efficiencies in terms of order processing, food selection and analytics.

In addition to food and beverage, we will be upgrading Nina to include ordering additional office materials, for example printing paper, printing ink, and other consumables.
