Providing pool service can be difficult. Hot weather, exacting clients, who are not always on their sunbeds. Difficulties in ordering and delivering. 

The Nina Ordering System takes all this hassle off your hands with a simple, automated procedure: each swimming pool umbrella or deck chair is fitted with a durable QR code. Your guests scan the code, open the menu, and can order and pay (or book to an account) instantaneously. 

The advantages of using Nina Pool include:

 

  • The QR codes are durable and easy to use. They are branded with your logo. Young and old guests understand how to use them - especially after COVID. 
     

  • Each QR code has a number and is keyed to a specific location. Your staff no longer need to search where to deliver something or rely on their memory. If the customer is not there (for instance, they are in the pool), the staff know where to leave the order. 
     

  • The relatively long distances involved mean that you can boost ordering productivity by 250-300% using the same set of wait staff. 
     

  • Guests do not need to download an app or create an account. They do need internet access (or data access) however. 
     

  • You have onboard payment options, or option to pay the waiter (or book to a room if the hotel is running the swimming pool). 
     

  • If there is a shortage of a product on the menu, you can remove that immediately, saving the hassle of guests ordering products that are no longer available. 
     

  • You now have analytics on swimming pool food and beverage consumption, including the average order value, wait staff performance, menu item performance and more. 
     

  • Tips for wait staff can be included in Nina. This is typically a problem for many swimming pools and can be demotivating for wait staff. 

In addition to food and beverage, we will be upgrading Nina to include ordering swimming pool towels, swimming pool sunbeds and chairs, and other services, including sunscreen, merchandise and even services like poolside massages. 

We will also soon be upgrading Nina to include a loyalty reward programme, which will encourage your guests to keep coming back to your venue.
