Grecian Hotels Group installs the Nina Ordering System in Cyprus



We are honoured to announce that the Grecian Hotels Group in Cyprus will be installing the Nina Ordering System for the 2023 season. This follows a successful trial at the Grecian Bay Hotel in 2022.


The Grecian Park group includes 3 hotels in Cyprus and 1 in London:


  • The Grecian Bay Hotel in Ayia Napa, Cyprus (5*, 273 rooms)

  • The Grecian Sands Hotel in Ayia Napa, Cyprus (4*, 177 rooms)

  • The Grecian Park Hotel in Cape Greco, Cyprus (5*, 243 rooms)

  • The Queen’s Gate Hotel in In London (4*, 90 rooms)


Each Cyprus hotel of the Grecian Group is designed around a seafront location with multiple swimming pools, restaurants, beach bars and other amenities. Their commitment to quality means that in the busy summer season, assuring rapid ordering can be a challenge.


Nina was installed in the summer of 2022 at the Grecian Bay, focussing on 192 umbrellas and 384 sun beds on the beach, and a further 66 umbrellas around the swimming pools. The addition of the QR code ordering system increased orders significantly and enabled the staff of the Grecian Bay to serve a greater number of guests more effectively.


In 2023 we will be expanding Nina into the three Grecian Group hotels in Cyprus in advance of what we hope will be a very busy tourist season.


The Nina Ordering System is configured for use for a range of different venues: hotels (including room service), restaurants, beach bars, pool bars, cafes, offices and more. Installing Nina enables venues to serve guests faster and more efficiently, improving customer service and overall guest experience.
