Nina Technologies is recruiting a Customer Support Manager


Location: Limassol (hybrid) Nina Technologies is a start-up that provides an online, intelligent ordering system to hotels, restaurants, cafes, offices and other clients. By using Nina, our clients can reduce customer waiting times while increasing waitstaff productivity. We currently have 6 different Nina packages operating and are signing up new clients every week.


We are seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team and assist us in maintaining our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, CRM management, and customer service, including onboarding new customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer requests are handled effectively and efficiently, and that data is accurately entered into our system. Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn how to set up and manage the client interface of the Nina Ordering System.

  • Support customers via Zoom or telephone in setting up their menus and accounts.

  • Troubleshooting and handing customer support requests.

  • Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner via email, Zoom and telephone.

  • Utilize our CRM system to maintain customer data and generate reports.

  • Communicate our service offerings to clients and identify opportunities to grow sales.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective campaigns and sales strategies.

  • Monitor social media channels to identify and address customer inquiries.

  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

We attend several trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences each year and would welcome your participation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Fluency in both English and Greek is preferred

  • Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: data entry, administration, working with CRM system

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Previous experience in hospitality sector is an advantage

This is a hybrid position, with the ability to work both remotely and onsite as needed.
